Primiparous mothers will experience various breastfeeding problems because it is the first experience, especially for working mothers. Therefore, they need to get support from their families, mainly grandmothers. This study aims analyze correlation between grandmother's and exclusive primiparous working. study, conducted in Arjowinangun Community Health Center coverage area, Malang, used a cross-sectional approach. The data collection purposive sampling questionnaires. One hundred thirty-two respondents had agreed participate this study. results show that most who choose non-exclusive received insufficient support. There was significant strong behavior (p-value = 0.000; r 0.831), which means better support, All indicators were sufficient categories. assessment highest (r 0.649). conclusion has role success of mothers, so assistance by health workers should focus on
